International Women's Day - 8th March 2021

The theme for International Women's Day this year is Choose to Challenge, and we already have lots of enquiries for inspiring and uplifiting women to speak at events. The one plus side of lockdown is that speakers can switch between engagements seemlessly, without travel constraints!

In short, it's not too late to get line up someone truly inspirational. Here are some of our top picks:

Dr Sarah Jarvis - Sarah has had a remarkable year since the pandemic started, with over 600 media appearances, proving she truly is a trusted medical advisor to the British public. She is a fascinating speaker who never fails to impress, and is a keen advocate of women in leadership roles.

Allyson Stewart-Allen is a renowned marketer and best-selling author of “Working with American”s, whose expertise in "Brand Internationalisation" is sought by leading businesses globally. She advises European and US organisations; growing their presence on either side of the Atlantic.

Abadesi Osunsade has been revolutionising the tech scene. With a steely focus on removing inequality, she has been educating employees and employers alike with her company Hustle Crew. Abadesi also hosts a podcast Techish, and has a written guide book for success aimed at women in technology.

Jackie Fast - An award winning entrepreneur and disrupter, Jackie’s latest venture is REBEL Pi an ice wine brand. She is also the “Former Young Entrepreneur of the Year” and “Media Disrupter of the Year” recipient.

Julia Streets - Long term friend of ours, Julia is a business woman, entrepreneur and writer. Julia’s team have always worked remotely, something she introduced as she saw it was a way of avoiding the loss of female talent due to family commitments, and so is experienced in leading and inspiring a remote team. Julia is also a philanthropist and keen supporter of Street Child, helping mothers and children in deprived parts of the world

Judi Love - Straight- talking Judi takes everyday situations and makes them hilarious, as seen at this year's New Year Speaker Drinks. A regular Loose Women presenter, she can provide both insight into the challenges of single parenting in the pandemic, while also providing some much needed comic relief.
