The Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak has of course hit all areas of life, but the event industry especially hard. We are of course working very closely with all of our clients to try to minimise the impact, and help them to manage/rearrange events as appropriate.
So far Artistes have been very understanding and adaptable, and we continue to work closely with them. Having been in business for over 28 years, we have developed close relationships with all of our suppliers, and so are able to leverage the accrued goodwill. This is an evolving situation, with new announcements daily, and we continue to follow the various government announcements and health advice.
We work for you, the client, and will continue to do everything we can to support you and your events during these extreme times. If you have any concerns, please do get in touch with the team, and we will happily talk you through the various scenarios.
As a company we have always had flexible working, and so should the need arise, we can all work remotely with no impact on our systems and processes, and the usual emails and phone lines will be operating as usual. It would be trite to say it’s business as normal, but we want to assure all of our customers we are very much here to help.
