The Tempest Two is made up of friends James Whittle & Tom Caulfield.
In 2015, the pair boarded a 7 metre rowing boat, and rowed 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, totally unaided, having never rowed or sailed before. 54 days later, with a lifetime of stories, they landed in Barbados.
Since then, the pair left their jobs in London to become full-time adventurers and speakers, their biggest strength, is that they are fairly rubbish at most things. The Tempest Two take on challenges around the world, to show that ordinary people can achieve the extraordinary.
Over the past years, they have established themselves as the go-to speakers for corporates looking to motivate their workforce. The pair take their learnings from adventure, and embed them into the workplace, unleashing potential and removing the word ‘can’t’ from the audiences vocabularies.
They also run a workplace wellbeing company called Dose, which can offer workshops following keynotes to really deliver maximum value.
