Annie Emmerson

Annie has an equally  impressive track record as a broadcaster after retiring from professional sport in 2007. It includes race punditry for Channel 4, World Triathlon commentary for BBC, two Olympic games and three commonwealth games. 

Since 2018 Annie has travelled around the world with Super League Triathlon working on both their indoor and outdoor series as one of their main reporter/commentators. She has hosted multiple sports awards evenings. From 2019 - 2021 she co hosted Her spirit podcast with Louise Minchin.  

Annie currently works with Le Blanq Tour as an MC/host for their evening events - interviewees have included Sir Chris Hoy, Sir Bradley Wiggins, Eddy Merckx and 5 time Tour de France winner Miguel Indurain. Annie is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Annie's  many achievements as a coach include helping a 72 year old to become the oldest British female Ironman finisher.
