Karren Brady
Karren
is now known as the first woman in football, and in Autumn 2002 was listed
by "Cosmopolitan Magazine" as "one of the 100 most powerful
women in the world". She has been Managing Director of Birmingham
City Football Club since 1993, and has turned the club's fortunes around.
She took over Birmingham City when it was in liquidation, and in her first year at the helm, the club recorded a financial trading profit
Karren has attracted much media attention as the highest placed woman in football and was the subject of an hour long documentary 'Inside Story - The Real Life Manageress' shown on BBC1. She has also hosted her own TV show, 'Brady Bunch' and presented both 'Loose Women' and 'Live Talk' on ITV, and also presented for Central Weekend Live

Martin
Smith has had a fascinating and varied career in the world of espionage.
He is one of Europe's greatest authorities on counter-terrorism, counter-fraud
and computer security. His unique knowledge and skills are in enormous
demand from international financial and manufacturing corporations.
Martin is an internationally recognised author and speaker on his subject. Over the years he has presented at all the leading world security conferences, and to the NATO Chiefs of Staff and the Directors of the European Commission. His papers have been published widely and he is a regular contributor to the many international news networks in Europe and the USA that seek his advice on a variety of security-related subjects.
Martin is also a renowned motivational speaker. He recalls the lessons he has learned during his career and relates them to the modern business world. He uses the techniques that he learned in order to survive on field operations to teach others how to survive in the office
Ruby Wax …as you've never seen her before
While
she is best known to audiences as the brash, fearless interviewer who
has shared a hot tub with Pamela Anderson and spent the weekend with Hugh
Hefner, Ruby Wax has another side which is being used to great effect
in the corporate market.
Having spent 3 years studying Neuroscience at University College, London Ruby has put together a presentation about dealing with change and handling creativity in a corporate environment. Drawing on both her personal and professional life (show business is one of the most cut throat and competitive industries in the world) she takes the audience through the changes and challenges facing their organisations, helping them to develop strategies to cope.
She explains the physiological make up of the brain and its evolutionary development and how this has shaped our reactions and fears to situations and how these can be harnessed and used to positive effect.
Ruby's presentations are tailored to individual audiences and kept lively and entertaining with her trademark wit, whilst employing plenty of audience interaction.
