Tiff
Needell is one of four presenters for Channel 5's motoring programme 5th
Gear. His television career started in the mid 1980s at the BBC as part
of the motor racing commentary team for Grandstand where he worked alongside
Murray Walker.
In the spring of 1987 he became part of the BBC2 Top Gear Team where
he stayed until joining Channel 5. In the early 1990s he also hosted live
studio coverage of NASCAR and Indycar for Sky.
Tiff started writing track tests and feature stories for Autosport magazine
in the early 1980's then Top Gear magazine and went on to write for Autocar
magazine.
Before embarking on a television career Tiff could be seen driving Formula
One Cars. He started racing in 1971 winning the Premier Grovewood Award
in 1976. He turned professional in 1977 and drove for 'Unipart' Formula
3 Team and the Team Ensign in the 1980 Grand Prix. Tiff made his Le Mans
24 Hours debut in 1981.
He achieved third place at Le Mans in 1990 driving a privately entered
Porsche 962 and switched to Touring Cars in 1993 and 1994. From 1996 to
2000 he raced for the Newcastle United-sponsored Lister Storm team.
Tiff is in great demand on the corporate circuit, where his skills as
a host and hilarious speaker are highly valued.

Allyson
Stewart-Allen is a world authority on international marketing, US business
and inter-cultural working advising European and US organisations growing
their presence on either side of the Atlantic. A Californian based in
Europe for over 20 years, Allyson applies her fluency in French and German
and several years' consulting experience to the company she founded, International
Marketing Partners, through her employment with blue-chip consulting firms
Price Waterhouse, PA Consulting Group and Hay Management Consultants.
Having recognised the need for international brands to better align their
global and local marketing practices, Allyson Stewart-Allen created the
BrandBarometer powered by Seattle-based GMI (Global Market Insite),
which surveyed a worldwide panel of over 17,000 consumers across 17 countries
on their perceptions and direct experiences of the world's most recognised
brands.
She is also co-author of best-selling book Working with Americans (©
2002 Prentice Hall), the first-ever business manual exclusively about
the US business culture, which helps professionals improve their relationships
with and profits from American business partners, bosses and colleagues.
The book has received a great response from CNN, Sky News, Financial Times
as well as several BBC television and radio programmes. Notably, Working
with Americans was the first 'business' book to feature at the Hay-on-Wye
literary festival. Allyson is also a contributing author in the latest
edition of The FT Handbook of Management (Crainer, Dearlove © Pearson
Education 2004), Win New Business (Croft, © Thorogood 2002), as well
as authoring Marketing in the USA (© UK Trade & Investment 2000)
for the British Government's Department of Trade & Industry.
Allyson advises executives and boards of directors in the professional
services (legal, property, financial and retail), food & drink, travel,
consumer goods and industrial sectors to name a few. Her work with clients
enables them to lead and manage across cultures, achieve their marketing
and business development strategies through successful strategic alliances/joint
ventures, organic growth and/or acquisitions.
In addition to Allyson's recent 4-year slot on Sky News Business Report
programme as the "Muse of Marketing," she appears as a regular
and frequent marketing expert on CNN's World Business and Business International
programmes. Recent keynote conference appearances include Wilton Park,
Economist Conferences, American Chamber of Commerce Denmark, Institute
of Directors Conferences, The Law Society, The British Luxury Council,
British American Chamber of Commerce, Inspired Leaders Network, Marketing
Society and American Marketing Association on a variety of global marketing
trends and developments.
As well as being listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America
and Who's Who Among Women, Allyson has a regular column in Market Leader
magazine and is an expert interviewed frequently in The Financial Times,
The Wall Street Journal Europe, Business Week, Newsweek and Fortune magazines.
Allyson is a member of the European faculty of Forum Corporation, Management
Centre Europe and is a Programme Director with London Business School's
Centre for Management Development. She is also a Fellow of the Marketing
Society, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Fellow of the
British American Project, an active member of the American Marketing Association,
Institute of Directors and serving on the Advisory Boards of the Institute
for Leadership Studies at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and
the New York-based Business for Diplomatic Action. Allyson has also judged
the UK's International Business Awards as well as the US-based The Stevie®
International Business Awards.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from
the Marshall School at the University of Southern California, as well
as an MBA from Claremont Graduate University under the direct tutelage
of Dr. Peter Drucker. Allyson has been based in London since 1988 and
is a British and US citizen, originally from Los Angeles, California.

Gary
is a third generation comedian, son of the late great Jimmy Marshall,
of Granada TVs 'The Comedians'.
He turned pro in 1987 and toured with several comedians shows acting
as compere, as well as throwing in the odd gag to serve his apprenticeship.
He later toured with The Drifters at top venues such as Wembley Conference
Centre, Sunderland Ernpire, Sheffield City Hall and the Glasgow Empire.
Gary has worked the length and breadth of the country, as well as entertaining
the troops in Germany, Holland, Dubai, Muscat and Cyprus.
His TV credits include Sky TVs 'Stand and deliver', ITVs
'Big Big Talent Show', Sky TVs 'The Comedians' and 'New Comedians',
Bushell on the Box and Gary Bushells 'Gaggin for it!' (which was
only shown in the South)
Garys favourite avenue of the business are Sportsman's Dinners.
Gary has spoke at many of the football clubs in the country..... Man.Utd,
Blackburn, Aston Villa, Leicester, Wolves, Derby, Burnley, Sheffield Utd.
Sheffield Wednesday to name just a few, It also enables him to work with
some of his boyhood hero's such as. Alan Ball, Mike Summerbee, Frank McLintock,
Gordon Banks, Tommy Smith, Frank Worthington, Nobby Stiles, Pat Crerand,
Steve (Skippy) Kindon, and Fred (Deban) Eyre. "The last two, I'm
being a bit over generous on the boyhood hero thing" !
