Corporate Golf Days

Jimmy Tarbuck, Ronnie Corbett, Dennis Taylor and Sir Henry CooperThroughout the year we receive numerous requests from ranging from large PLCs, through to local sports clubs, looking for a celebrity to take part in their corporate Golf day.

In fact, these type of events are so popular, we felt this would be the perfect opportunity to give you an idea of some of the speakers we work with, that would be available to take part in this type of event.

From the world of showbiz, and entertainment, recognisable faces such as Jimmy Tarbuck, Ronnie Corbett, Roger De Coursey, Bobby Davro, Hale & Pace and Jim Davidson have all taken part in golf days, and spoken at the dinner in the evening.

From the world of sport, some the most popular stars to join in your golf days could be Sir Henry Cooper, Dennis Taylor, Steve Davis, Frank Bruno or Ron Atkinson.

Many of our after dinner speakers, who are less well known, will also enjoy a game of golf before entertaining you in the evening. These include, Dave Wolfe, Rob Nothman, Ian Irving and John Martin.

Current golfers, are however, very hard to tie down to events, as most are on the tour throughout the year. All are, however, approachable, so please feel free to call us on 01932 590 376, and we will certaintly contact them on your behalf.

Food & Drink

Anthony Worrall Thompson, Brian Turner, Oz Clarke and Ainsley HarriotIn addition to corporate golf days, we are also receiving more and more demands for celebrity chefs and wine experts to take part in events.

From preparing meals to cooking demonstrations, clients are hiring celebrity chefs as alternatives to client entertaining. Both Antony Worrall Thompson, and Brian Turner have helped to prepare meals for clients this year, and in the past Gordon Ramsey, Paul Rankin, and Nick Nairn have all added a different spice to events.

Wine tasting evenings, are also proving successful with experts such as Oz Clarke willing to take part in events. Oz can guide both novice and experienced tasters through old and new wines, or even match wines to a meal explaining each choice before the course is served.

Even if you are looking for a celebrity chef just to make a personal appearance at your event, chefs like Ainsley Harriot and Raymond Blanc have been available in the past to attend events and launches.

A rather belated note to thank you for all your efforts on 24th May - another "tour de force"...the evening was a great success and our clients clearly thoroughly enjoyed themselves, as did my partners and staff.
